The event encompassed forums and presentations on various topics such as "Blockchain and Sustainable Development Goals" and "Technology Transfer, Import-Export, International Procurement, and Service Trade Markets." As a representative of a Chinese enterprise engaged in international procurement, we actively explored new areas within the procurement landscape.
During the South Korea exhibition, we engaged in discussions and exchanges with international public procurement organizations, international financial institutions, foreign trade service agencies, and suppliers. This participation deepened our understanding of the international public procurement system. Through our platform, we aim to positively influence and encourage Chinese companies to actively participate in the field of international public procurement.

At this exhibition, Lindsay, the General Manager of Caiyi, was invited to participate in a special seminar on "Capacity Development of National Public Procurement Partners in Sustainable Procurement." The seminar was hosted by Ms. Grete Faremo, the Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations, and Ms. Patricia Moser, the Director of Procurement at UNOPS. Attendees included senior officials from multilateral development banks, leaders from the Chinese and various other countries' finance ministries.
As the sole invited corporate representative at the seminar, Lindsay expressed our views on corporate participation in international public procurement. The United Nations officials, including Ms. Grete Faremo and Ms. Patricia Moser, responded positively to our remarks. The United Nations acknowledged the strengths of Chinese manufacturing and welcomed direct participation of Chinese suppliers in international public procurement. They highlighted active collaboration between the United Nations and the Chinese government to facilitate widespread involvement of Chinese enterprises in international public procurement, aiming to reduce procurement costs and provide more opportunities for Chinese companies to benefit from public procurement.
